Through the New Zealand Schools’ Debating Council I have competed in multiple events throughout 2018. Firstly, I competed at an intraschool level in order to ensure a competing placement at the Manawatu regional competition. Then I competed at the regional competition where I achieved 4th equal with my team of Year 12’s from PNBHS. I was the only one on my team to receive a NZSDC excellence award.
